Tomato, Feta and Ham Frittatas

Got leftover Christmas ham in the fridge? Whip up these easy to make Tomato, Feta and Ham frittatas that the adults and grown-ups will love.

Serves: 6 | Prep Time 5 mins | Cooking Time 25 mins


  • 100 gram coarsely chopped sliced ham
  • 100 gram feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup (20g) finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
  • 6 eggs
  • 2/3 cup pouring cream
  • 9 cherry tomatoes, halved


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line holes of six-hole (¾-cup/180ml) texas muffin pan with squares of baking paper.
  2. Divide ham, cheeses, and basil into pan holes.
  3. Whisk eggs and cream in a medium bowl, then season. Pour into pan holes. Top each frittata with three cherry tomato halves.
  4. Bake frittatas for about 25 minutes. Stand in pan 5 minutes before turning out.
